Server support is intended for authorized administrators and small organizations that need help understanding common Windows Server or local network issues. Limits and escalation
Not every issue can be resolved remotely. Physical damage, failing storage, overheating, liquid exposure, unstable power, broken cables, damaged ports, internal printer mechanisms, and some network faults may require onsite inspection or replacement parts.
Business-critical, regulated, encrypted, or highly customized environments may require a specialist with direct knowledge of the system. We may pause work when backups are unavailable, authorization is unclear, or continuing would create unreasonable risk.

Recommended preventive steps may include enabling backups, maintaining free storage space, installing supported updates, removing unused software, documenting printer settings, replacing weak Wi-Fi equipment, or scheduling server maintenance.
