Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 31, 2026

Template notice: review this policy with a qualified lawyer before publishing or accepting payments.

Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Service scope

Services may include remote guidance, remote access, onsite support where available, diagnosis, configuration, software assistance, and selected small-business support. The exact scope should be confirmed before paid work begins.

Authorization

You confirm that you own or are authorized to control the device, account, software, data, or network involved. You must not request unauthorized access, surveillance, license bypass, piracy, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful action.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate information, valid licenses, backups, power and internet availability, authorized credentials, and reviewing proposed changes. You must disclose known data-loss risks and business-critical dependencies.

Remote access

Remote access occurs only with consent. You should close unrelated sensitive content and remain available when requested. You may end the session, although completed work and disclosed diagnostic fees may remain payable.

Fees

Prices, taxes, payment timing, cancellation terms, and material exclusions should be disclosed before purchase. Additional work requires approval when it changes the agreed price or scope.

No guarantee

Technology outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, that data can be recovered, that malware will never return, or that third-party products will remain compatible or available.

Backups and data

You are responsible for maintaining backups. Repair, update, reinstall, migration, malware cleanup, and recovery work can involve data risk. Liability terms must be reviewed for enforceability in the applicable jurisdiction.

Third-party services

Manufacturers, software vendors, payment providers, internet providers, hosting providers, and remote-access vendors operate under their own terms. We do not control their outages, pricing, licensing decisions, or account recovery.

Intellectual property

Website content is owned by PC Repair 247 or used under permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Suspension

We may refuse or stop service when authorization is unclear, payment is disputed, safety is at risk, requested conduct is unlawful, or the environment is outside the reasonable scope.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability limitations should be specifically drafted for the business location. Nothing should exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and governing law

The final business address, governing law, venue, and dispute process must be inserted before publication. Seek legal advice for consumer-arbitration, class-action, and local disclosure rules.

Changes

Terms may be updated. The effective date and material-change notice process should be displayed.
