These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit pcrepair247.us, purchase a PC Repair Driver license, download the software, or use our activation and support services. By purchasing or using PC Repair Driver, you agree to these terms.

1. About PC Repair Driver

PC Repair Driver is a Windows desktop utility designed to help users review and maintain supported areas of their PC, including security status, privacy-related items, performance information, storage, drivers, installed applications, and supported repair actions. Available features can vary by Windows version, hardware, permissions, and system configuration.

2. License Plans

We currently offer a 1 PC / 1 Year license for $299.99 and a 1 PC / 3 Years license for $499.99. Each license is intended for one compatible Windows PC unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. The license period shown at purchase begins according to the activation terms associated with the issued key.

3. Purchase and Activation

You must provide accurate purchase information, including a valid email address. After a payment is successfully verified, an activation key may be displayed on the confirmation page and sent to the purchase email address. You are responsible for keeping the key private and for entering it only in the official PC Repair Driver software.

A license key may be subject to device and activation limits. Attempting to resell, share, duplicate, bypass, manipulate, or otherwise defeat license controls is not permitted.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment method selected at checkout, such as PayPal or Card Payment. Payment processing may be handled by an independent payment provider and may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Prices and the applicable license term are shown before purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use PC Repair Driver for lawful purposes on a computer you own or are authorized to manage. You may not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it, distribute unauthorized copies, interfere with activation systems, use the service for fraudulent activity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

6. Updates and Compatibility

Windows, hardware drivers, security components, and third-party applications change over time. We may update PC Repair Driver to improve compatibility, reliability, security, or functionality. We do not promise that every feature will work with every Windows build, device, driver, or third-party application.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to a license or service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment reversal, misuse, security abuse, or a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we may ask the purchaser to verify order or activation information.

10. No Guaranteed Result

PC maintenance depends on the condition and configuration of each computer. PC Repair Driver does not guarantee that it will identify or resolve every security, performance, driver, software, or hardware problem. You should maintain appropriate backups before making material system changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PC Repair Driver and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the software or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our product, payment flow, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
