Policy overview
Eligible customers may request review of a service concern within 30 calendar days after the applicable service was completed or delivered. This policy is intended to address qualifying service-performance concerns and does not guarantee that every technology problem can be fixed or that a device will remain free of future issues.
Eligibility
A request should include the order or invoice reference, date of service, description of the original issue, reason for the request, and a reasonable opportunity for support to review or re-perform the original service when appropriate.
Eligible concerns
A full or partial refund may be considered when paid work materially failed to match the agreed scope, a clearly promised service was not delivered, duplicate payment occurred, or another documented billing error is confirmed.
Exclusions
Refunds may be denied for new or unrelated problems, hardware failure, data loss not caused by proven negligence, unsupported systems, third-party outages, customer changes, new malware, expired licenses, parts, software subscriptions, travel already performed, completed diagnostic work, or refusal to provide reasonable access for review.
Data and results
No refund policy can guarantee data recovery, uninterrupted operation, permanent malware prevention, or future compatibility. Customers remain responsible for backups and for approving significant changes.
Third-party charges
Payments made directly to manufacturers, software vendors, hosting providers, couriers, data-recovery laboratories, or other third parties are governed by those providers’ policies unless PC Repair 247 expressly collected and agreed to refund the charge.
How to request
Send the request to support@pcreapir247.com within the 30-day period. Include enough information to identify the service. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Review time
The business should state a realistic review timeframe before publishing this policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support first so the concern can be investigated. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Legal review
This is a general website template and should be adapted by a qualified lawyer to the final jurisdiction, pricing model, tax rules, service delivery method, and consumer-protection obligations.
